Hi ! I have started a cooking blog because I love to bake every day and wish one day that I can open my own bakery/restaurant. so please follow me. I will be bloging all different foods and puddings and anything nice to eat. I make a version of this almost every morning before work! Sometimes I’ll skip the banana and throw in a handful of spinach if I know I won’t be getting in all my greens later on in the day. It tastes delicious both ways!
If you are looking for more energy in the morning you could add a teaspoon of honey. The Cinnamon is optional- I add it because cinnamon is a great metabolism booster!
My Breakfast Power Shake
One banana
Handful of blue berries
Handful of raspberries
1/2 cup Chobani plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soy Milk
A dash of cinnamon
**I find the shake/smoothie cold enough as it is, but for those who do not adding some ice when you blend it works fine! Just not too much—you don’t want to water it down!**
